Ricard Masip Pous

Ricard Masip is a Doctor in Psychology (HR & Organisations) from Universitat de Barcelona (UB) and holds a degree in Psychology (Work & Organisations) from UB. He has also taken the HR Management Development Programme at ESADE, the Strategic Management and Change Management Programme (UB) and is accredited in MBTI by OPP. Manager of RM Consulting. Senior consultant in Human Resources Strategies with a systemic, corporate and results oriented approach. Broad experience advising and accompanying Human Resources teams in Talent, Performance, Retribution strategies and in the definition of Challenges and Organization for the HR area; with special focus on linking People and Business. He has collaborated as a consultant in companies such as: Volkswagen-Audi España, DKV Seguros, SHARP, CaixaBank, Henkel Ibérica, BASF, Grupo Planeta, Laboratorios Inibsa, Grupo Uriach, Zurich Seguros, Bayer, Nissan, Generalitat de Catalunya, among others. Ricard is Director of HR Business Partner programme at EADA. He was technical advisor of this programme and participated in the design in the first editions.
