collbato-residential-training-campus-02-collbato-residential-training-campusCollbató Residential Training Campus is a residential training centre located 40 km from Barcelona in the town of Collbató. In the heart of nature, facing the Montserrat mountains, space and time take on a different dimension that promotes intensive training and managerial development.

Since 1989, EADA has been pioneering the use of an on-site outdoor training methodology in its programmesin order to promote the development of people-focused competences.

Outdoor training is the most appropriate methodology for developing skills due to its experiential nature, best recreating the working environment and bringing the physical, emotional and spiritual elements into play, which we should consider in our daily business decisions

EADA Virtual Campus

Through EADA Virtual Campus, the teaching team promotes debating spaces that simulate critical thinking and the sharing of experiences. This allows participants to create new knowledgethat addresses current business problems.

An important additional benefit of the Virtual Campus is that it boosts the digital skills that participants need for working in virtual teams via the use of collaborative technologies.
