Collbató Residential Training Campus is a residential training centre located 40 km from Barcelona in the town of Collbató. In the heart of nature, facing the Montserrat mountains, space and time take on a different dimension that promotes intensive training and managerial development. It consists of a hotel infrastructure (113 rooms) and café-restaurant.

Since 1989, EADA has been pioneering the use of an on-site outdoor training methodology in its programmes in order to promote the development of people-focused competences.
