The ultimate measure of leaders is not where they stand in the moments of fortune and certainty, but what they stand at times of adversity and anxiety. Popular wisdom acknowledges that “crisis are opportunities”. However, our human instincts push us towards “protecting what we have” first, at the cost of sacrificing the prospects of a best potential future.

Transformational leaders are those who can put aside their own self-preservation instincts and lead themselves, their teams or their organizations through breakthrough situations and challenges, such as the ones taking place during major crises.

However, being a “leader” is not a simple task, and it is even more difficult to be a “transformational leader”. How can we get there?

During this webinar, we will analyze four key areas of transformational leaderships:

  • Credibility
  • Emotional Intelligence
  • Effective Communication
  • Technology
  • Self Care

From this webinar, you will get:

  • A model to refer to in your professional development
  • Tools and resources to continue growth in the four critical areas discussed
