Matthias Halfmann holds a PhD in Telecommunications Science from the University of Kaiserslautern (Germany) and an MBA from the Euro*MBA Consortium. He has specialized in the ICT industry, providing consulting services to operators and governments in the area of strategic business planning, telecoms sector regulation, cost modelling studies, as well as mobile services pricing, packaging and marketing communications. He has worked in more than 60 countries around Europe, Asia, Africa, South America and the Caribbean. Matthias is partner in Coleago Consulting, a management consultancy with a focus on the telecommunications industry, and he combines his work with teaching at EADA.
