Carme Gil holds a degree in Organizational Psychology from the Universitat de Barcelona, a diploma in People Management, an Executive Master in Human Resources Management and a Master in Leadership and Organizational Coaching from EADA. Certified Professional Coach and Team Coach. She holds the International Values Coaching Methodology Certification recognized by the ICF. She completed the Coach Supervision program by the European School of Coaching and the Practitioner Program in NLP by the Gestalt Institute, in addition to being certified in the LIFO and Belbin Team Roles methodologies. She is the co-author of several books and obtained the "Coaching Psychology Award" in the first edition (2014) organized by the Colegio Oficial de Psicólogos de Catalunya for research on the effectiveness of coaching processes. With extensive experience in the field of consulting and people development, managerial skills and executive coaching and team coaching, she has developed projects for companies such as Almirall, Grífols, Honda, Mango, Pikolin, Henkel, Freixenet, Abertis, TMB or Suara cooperative , among others. Carme manages the Coaching service and the Executive Development Program of EADA.
