Your learning
A strategic mix of hard skills and soft skills.
Our unique methodology ensures that participants develop the critical thinking skills and digital competencies to analyse and perform well even in today’s toughest business situations. But we go a step further. While hard skills may be enough to get your foot in the door at top FinTech companies, your soft skills in communication, negotiation, teamwork and leadership are what keep you there and secure your future in the company.
THE EADA-BARCELONA CITY CENTRE CAMPUS: HARD SKILLS
The newly remodelled EADA-Barcelona City Centre Campus is located in the heart of the city, where you are consistently placed in real-life business situations, challenged to think like an executive and make strategic decisions. Lively class discussions take place in an engaging, multicultural environment, in which you examine real case studies critically and learn from others as they learn from you.
THE EADA-RESIDENTIAL TRAINING CAMPUS: LEADERSHIP SKILLS
The Residential Training Campus provides high impact, lasting learning by pushing you out of your comfort zone. You take part in four 2-day modules during the year, focused on making you the best leader you can be. This experiential learning is combined with professor-led workshops, ensuring that you effectively transfer what you have learned to the workplace.
INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS TRIP: COMPANY VISITS ABROAD
At EADA, we understand that being close to companies is one of the central pillars of our activity. For this reason, your programme includes an international business trip with visits to leading digital companies. This valuable experience provides insight into the challenges currently facing companies and shows you how concepts introduced in class are being applied in real time.
