Updating leadership skillsets is a fundamental requirement for senior managers in today’s dynamic business environment. EADA has tailored a course for alumni to meet these requirements.
This 16 hour intensive executive boot camp provides a deep dive into how you, as individuals, can develop skills to make better decisions to positively impact the teams you lead. By connecting critical thinking with system thinking you will understand the importance, and develop the competencies, to "unlearn" what you know, which might be redundant, and replace it with new learnings, which is required for changing and complex contexts.
Learning Objectives

Methodology
As an EADA alumni you will be familiar with the methodology - case studies, group discussions, and practical exercises will be used together with input from senior (C level) executives with relevant experience
Who is the programme for?
You will be an EADA alumni in a managerial position with extensive working experience. It is likely that you will have at least 5 years of work experience to be able to get the most out of this course, and contribute to the class discussions.
When and where is the programme delivered?
Classes will be delivered at EADA Barcelona City Centre Campus according to the following schedule:
- Wednesday 3th May 2023 15:00 - 19:00
- Thursday 4th May 2023 09:00 - 13:00 and 15:00 - 19:00
- Friday 5th May 2023 10:00 - 14:00

We'll be happy to welcome you back to EADA this summer. Even if it's been a long time since your graduation, we're sure that your memories from your experience in Barcelona and Collbato are still very intense. Most of our Alumni forge friendships and build bonds with classmates that last forever.
EADA Alumni was created to serve the school's Alumni community by providing lifelong learning, networking and services throughout their professional live. This new intensive executive programme is an example of initiative to provide our Alumni community with not only an update of leadership skillsets but also an opportunity to live the EADA academic experience once again in our renovated Barcelona City Centre Campus.

Cost of the programme
The course fee is €950
This includes tuition, all course materials, coffee breaks and a networking event on Friday afternoon 9rd June. An EADA certificate will be issued on successful completion of the programme. The fee does NOT include travel to or from EADA or accommodation while in Barcelona.
If you sign up for the two editions that we will teach this year, a 30% discount will be applied to the total.
Programme Directors
Carles Brugarolas
PhD in Psychology from the Universitat de Barcelona, a degree in Organizational Psychology and an MSc in 'Research into Personality and Behaviour', both from the Universitat de Barcelona. He holds an MBA from ESADE and a Master in Leadership and Organisational Coaching from EADA.
He holds accreditation as an Executive Coach from the AECOP and as a Team Coach from the Team Coaching International. He is certified Practitioner in NLP by the Institut Gestalt and in LIFO and BELBIN methodologies.
He has held management posts in B&F Solution Consultancy, Dícere and Barcelona Centre de Technologies. He is specialised in teaching people and team leadership, personal effectiveness and troubleshooting. He is Head of the Strategy, Leadership and People department.
Ferran Velasco
Industrial engineer with 23 years of experience in managerial positions in both multinational and family business environments. The main roles to be highlighted are Business Unit leader, global director of Product Management and Sales & Marketing Director.
He holds a masters in marketing (ESIC), has completed two leadership development programmes (Wharton School of Business & ESADE), and holds a doctoral degree in management sciences.
His areas of expertise are leadership, competency development, 360-degree feedback, emotional intelligence and goal setting.
