Luis Asensio is a lecturer on EADA's Executive Coaching Postgraduate Programme. He holds a degree in Law from the University of Barcelona, a Master's degree in Human Resources from EADA and a Master's degree in Mediation. He has studied Psychology. He is a PCC Professional Coach certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and trained at the CTI (Coaching Training Institute). He is certified in DISC as well as in the ‘Sikkhona’ group and team diagnosis and development tool and the ‘Bridge’ relational styles model. He is an NLP Practitioner certified by The Society of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
Luis is a trainer in leadership, communication and relational skills development. He also combines teaching coaching with supervising coaches in training.

He practised law for part of his previous professional career. He has been a substitute judge in criminal and social courts and was an HR manager in a group of companies in the service sector.

Joan Boada-Grau holds a PhD in Psychology from the University of Barcelona. He is a university professor (ANECA) and a trainer at several Spanish and Latin American universities, as well as an executive and team coach with over 1,500 hours of experience. He is certified as a Senior Coach by AECOP and is a member of its Scientific Committee. He won the Psychology Coaching Award (2014) organised by COPC. He is a consultant and expert and has participated in consulting projects (soft and hard) in organisations such as PGI-Spain, Loewe, Acofarma, BIC Graphic Europe, Hospital Joan XXII, Tarragona Provincial Council, etc. He is an applied researcher, co-author of books and chapters, and JCR-ISI impact articles. He also participates as a speaker at national and international conferences and congresses on Human Resources, Occupational Health and Coaching, and specialises in studies on the evaluation and measurement of behaviour within organisations. He is a member of the European Association Work and Organisational Psychology (EAWOP).
He is currently an adjunct professor in the Department of Strategy, Leadership and People.

Ella Boniuk has professional experience in various sectors, from intergovernmental organisations, law firms, industrial automation machinery and product companies to postgraduate business training. For many years, as director of Executive MBA and Full-time MBA programmes in the Netherlands and Spain, she has accompanied managers and executives in their journey towards leadership through coaching. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach by the Co-Active Training Institute (CPCC) and a Certified Associate Coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF, ACC). Having lived and worked in several countries, she enjoys multicultural environments and diverse perspectives. Her purpose is to help people become the best version of themselves, grow, and achieve their goals.

Lucía Langa holds a degree in Clinical and Organisational Psychology (Universitat de Barcelona), a diploma in Human Resources Management and a Master in General Management from EADA. She is a Senior Executive Coach accredited by AECOP/EMCC. 

In the academic field she is a professor in the Strategy, Leadership and People​ EADA Department, specialised in management skills and professional competencies for managerial and organisational development. She has accompanied different sized companies, both national and international, in their strategic reflection and change oriented processes. Some of her most recent projects have been for companies such as Mango, Tempe, Massimo Dutti, Promsa, Grupo Agbar, SC Johnson International, Telefónica Venezuela, Congresis. 

She is co-author of various books -”Tanto creces tanto vales”, “50 Lecciones de Management”, “Team Beat” and “Inteligencia creativa”, among others. She is currently Director of the Master in High Performance Leadership.

Moira Bortagaray holds a degree in Image and Sound Design (UBA Argentina), a technical qualification in Leadership and Ontological Design (ICP Argentina) and a Master's degree in Leadership and Organisational Coaching (EADA). With over ten years' experience in executive coaching, she has worked at all levels, from middle management to senior executives, both in South America and Spain. At the same time, she is dedicated to training and developing management skills, specialising in active methodologies. She is an executive coach and senior associate professor for the Department of Strategy, Leadership and People at EADA. Her areas of expertise are leadership, personal effectiveness, impactful communication, and creativity processes for resolution and creation of new professional and personal scenarios.

Carles Brugarolas is Director of the Strategy, Leadership and People Department at EADA. He holds a degree in Organisational Psychology and an MSc in Personality and Behaviour Research from the University of Barcelona, where he is currently pursuing his PhD. He also holds an MBA from ESADE and a Master's in Leadership and Organisational Coaching from EADA. He is accredited as an Executive Coach by the AECOP and as a Team Coach by Team Coaching International. He is an NLP Practitioner at the Gestalt Institute and is certified in LIFO and BELBIN methodologies. He has held management positions at B&F Solution, Dícere and Barcelona Centre de Tecnologies.

Sònia Gómez de Segura is an Associate Professor in the Strategy, Leadership & People Department. She holds a degree in International Management and Marketing, an MBA from the ESMA Institute, a Master's degree in International Law from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, and a Master's degree in Leadership and Organisational Coaching from EADA. She is accredited as a PCC Executive Coach (Professional Certified Coach) and Team Coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF), with more than 1,500 hours of professional experience.
She has completed the Coach Supervision Programme at the European School of Coaching and the Practitioner Programme in NLP at the Gestalt Institute. She is certified in LIFO and Belbin Team Roles methodologies. With more than 1,500 hours of professional experience.

Xavier Jané holds a degree in Economics from the University of Barcelona and a Master's degree in Coaching from the DCT in Barcelona. He has extensive professional experience in senior positions in marketing-related companies such as Mobile 1 (London), Response Edge Marketing Group (Miami), and Anglo Ibérica de Audiotex (Barcelona), among others.

He is currently a coach and trainer, sharing his experience at prestigious universities such as EADA, ESADE and ESERP. He is also a member of the coaching team at the Lledoners Penitentiary Centre.

María Parera has a degree in Clinical and Industrial Psychology and Management (Open University, UK) and is a certified coach by AECOP and the College of Psychologists.
She has completed a Master's degree in Coaching and Leadership at EADA and is certified in E-I 2.0 (Emotional Intelligence). Her passion is coaching, and she focuses all her efforts on this professional area.

Her experience began in 2005, and she has worked with a large number of cases and clients, both from a corporate perspective, where she has carried out team coaching, and at an individual level. Since 2009, she has been contributing her experience as a coach at EADA.

She is currently also responsible for Human Resources at a company that provides services to the European Commission and the Corporate Social Responsibility departments of many private companies.

Sabrina Peroni comes from the hotel industry and her passion is creating experiences for guests.

Virginia Skrobisch is an Enhanced Practitioner in C-IQ Conversational Intelligence®, the neuroscience of conversations, by the CreatingWe® Institute, and holds a Master's degree in Organisational Coaching (EADA). She has been a Co-active Coach by CTI since 2006, and is CPCC and PCC certified by the ICF. She is trained in ORSC systemic team coaching by CRR (Center for Right Relationship) and Team Coaching International™, and is a graduate of CTI's prestigious leadership programme. Virginia has been adding value in demanding multicultural environments for over 15 years. Her work in organisations is supported by more than 30 years as an interpreter at international conferences, giving her a unique perspective on the latest developments in a range of industries.

Elena Tecchiati holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Cologne, Germany, with an additional specialisation in Leadership Psychology from the University of Rostock, Germany. She completed her Master's degree in Human Resources and Organisational Psychology at Ramon Llull University, Blanquerna. She previously studied languages and linguistics in Milan, Italy, and completed a Master's degree in Marketing and Communication at WAK in Cologne, Germany. She is trained as a Voice and Speech Coach, in Individual and Group Systemic Coaching, Conflict Coaching, and Ontological Coaching, and is accredited as a PCC Coach by the ICF. She specialised as a communication skills trainer and works worldwide in the field of effective communication and conflict resolution. Her experience of living in different countries and working with professionals of different nationalities in four languages makes cultural diversity part of her identity. Elena is a lecturer, facilitator and coach at EADA.

Mònica works as a consultant and coach at the transformation agency Coperfield for social good. She studied Tourism at CETT. She has a Master's degree in Management Development from EADA. She is an ICF-accredited professional coach (ACC) and has a postgraduate degree in Multichannel E-commerce: Local, Social, Mobile from IEBS. He also works as a registered health psychologist specialising in stress and anxiety disorders, having completed a Master's degree in Psychotherapy and Mental Health. He is certified in Mindfulness MBSR and Practicum MBSR, as well as in yoga and meditation techniques. He has a high level of English (C1+).
