Our purpose
is to train and support professionals, from their entry into the labour market until they achieve professional growth and maturity, towards a sustainable leadership, which in addition to enhancing their professional competencies and abilities, bases their values and practices on human sustainability, society, the environment, the economy, ethics and equal opportunities.

In 2017, we firmly committed to pioneering the creation of 100% sustainability-oriented programmes in the business world, academic research and partnerships.
Since then, we have created knowledge and transferred sustainability research with a real impact into the majority of our training programmes and activities with the aim of generating a multiplier effect in our Community and the business environment.

Work in progress
EADA’s work is ongoing as we continue to adapt our programmes and ad-hoc training programmes to sustainability and sustainable leadership, promoting further research and study in this area, and entering into new agreements and partnerships. We have not achieved everything yet but we are definitely on our way!
EADA’s road map over the next few years is focused on enhancing our mission towards more sustainable and responsible leadership, reaffirming our commitment to promoting it among our teams, participants (individuals), Alumni (community) and in corporations and companies (collectives).
We are proud of the following actions:
- 5 Specific sustainability programmes.
- +300 Students who have received training on Open Programmes in sustainability.
- 38 Final projects carried out on sustainability.
- 90 Full or partial scholarships granted through the EADA Fund for Positive Impact.
- 7 Partnerships between EADA and partners in the field of sustainability.
- 6 Initiatives set up by EADA, partners or led by students to promote sustainability.
- 2 Internal initiatives organised by EADA to promote sustainability.
- 29 Research projects in sustainability promoted by EADA (completed and ongoing).
- 1 Leaders4Good: Leaders4Good: Biannual study on the sustainability rating of managers in Spain. Study carried out in partnership with Both.People & Comms
