Tana Cores Auger

Tana Cores holds a degree in Psychology from UB and an EADA diploma in Human Resources Management and has also completed a Master in Organisational Development and a Processes Consultancy given by Itamar Rogovsky and coordinated by AEDIPE. She is a PCC and CPCC certified coach by ICF and a Practitioner in PNL. During her career she has taken several courses and seminars related to managerial skills development and growth. She has worked for over 20 years in different multinational companies such as Apple Computer Spain, Hewlett- Packard, BDF Nivea and Winterthur Seguros; inside the Human Resources area on matters such as Recruitment, Selection, Training, Communication and Organisational Development. In recent years she has focused her efforts on Cultural Change Management and Leadership processes providing support to organisations, teams and people, in initiating important changes and making them sustainable. She is currently a consultant, trainer and coach with the Oxford Leadership consultancy.
