Tana holds a degree in Psychology, a Master's in Human Resources Management from EADA, and in "Organizational Development and Process Consulting" taught by Itamar Rogovsky (Univ. Tel Aviv) coordinated by AEDIPE. She trained as a coach in Co-Active Coaching by The-Coaches Training Institute (CTI), Accreditate Coach Training Program (ACTP) by ICF and Team and Relationship Coaching by the Center for Right Relationship. She is a PCC and CPCC certified coach by ICF, Master Practitioner in NLP and a Postgraduate in Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (Albert Ellis Institute). She has developed her career in multinational companies such as: Apple Computer, Hewlett-Packard, BDF Nivea and Winterthur (currently AXA), within the HR area, and in recent years she has specialized in Organizational Development / Leadership processes and Cultural Change Management. Tana is a consultant, facilitator and executive coach specializing in team coaching.<br><br><br>
