EADA Business School consolidates its position in the Positive Impact Rating 2025 as one of the most transformative and best business schools for the world

For the sixth consecutive year, EADA Business School has been recognised for its achievements in sustainability and social impact in the Positive Impact Rating (PIR), once again achieving Level 4 (out of 5) – Transforming Schools. This level recognises institutions that demonstrate a culture of positive impact integrated into their governance, strategy, and educational experience.

In its sixth edition, the Positive Impact Rating evaluated 86 business schools from 28 countries through responses from 17,167 students, representing a 13% increase over the previous year and confirming the growing global relevance of this initiative. The PIR is consolidated as a unique tool that places students at the centre of the assessment, evaluating their perception of how their school positively contributes to society.

“Revalidating our positioning at the 'Transforming Schools' level confirms that at EADA we are moving in the right direction. We are committed to a profound transformation that goes beyond the classroom: we train the leaders of the future, drive positive change in the communities where we operate, and contribute to the sustainability of the supply chains on which we depend. We continue to strengthen this commitment, engaging more and more stakeholders,” says Federica Massa-Saluzzo, Chief Sustainability Officer at EADA.

An international assessment driven by the voice of students

The Positive Impact Rating is a global rating driven by and for students, which assesses how they perceive their school's positive impact on society. The survey poses 20 questions across seven impact dimensions grouped into three key areas: Energize, Educate, and Engage.

This year, 118 EADA students participated in the assessment, demonstrating a high level of engagement and confidence in the institution's continuous improvement processes. The average number of responses per school has increased slightly compared to 2024, consolidating the robustness and representativeness of the results.

”The high rating by our students recognise EADA's ongoing commitment as a partner within the broader impact ecosystem, and our long-standing efforts to integrate sustainability within program design, learning, and student experience”, says Julia Wolny, Academic Director of Master in Sustainable Business and Innovation.

Toward a structural transformation

The Positive Impact Rating was created to help business schools integrate social impact into their institutional strategy. Beyond measurement, the 2025 report focuses on turning student feedback into tangible changes: from curriculum review to strengthening participatory governance, redesigning teaching methodologies, and collaborating with social stakeholders and communities.

Since participating in the PIR, EADA has strengthened its pedagogical approach toward transformative education based on sustainability, ethics, and social commitment. The school integrates the voice of participants into its decision-making processes, promotes active learning methodologies, and develops partnerships with NGOs, responsible companies, and international networks committed to the Sustainable Development Goals.

With this new edition of the Positive Impact Rating, EADA Business School reaffirms its mission: to train responsible leaders capable of driving positive transformation in organizations and the world.
