Emma de Llanos is Director of EADA's Human Resources Programs BU in the Executive Education area. She is also a lecturer, Leadership teacher and Consultant. She has published in specialized journals on Psychology, Cultural Anthropology and Management and has collaborated on several books such as "Manual del Directivo Eficaz", "Ampliando el pastel" and "Tanto creces tanto vales". An expert in change management, she has focused her professional career accompanying transformation and management development processes in various companies and sectors; She has specialized in recent years to accompany the transformation of the function and areas of Human Resources.
