Participants will apply the tools and frameworks acquired during the programme to solve a real business challenge—whether from their own company, a startup, or a personal venture.
  • The project will integrate elements such as AI-driven segmentation, generative content creation, campaign automation, predictive modelling, and intelligent analytics. It culminates in a final presentation that showcases not only technical and strategic proficiency, but also the ability to lead innovation in a digital-first marketing environment.

Dr. Olga Moreno

Dr. Olga Moreno brings over 20 years of experience in managing large-scale international projects and leading digital transformation in operations and marketing. She holds a PhD in Project and Systems Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC), as well as multiple master’s degrees in Artificial Intelligence, Industrial Engineering, and Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt).

She is the founder and Business Development Manager at Planner Project Managers and currently serves as an associate professor at EADA Business School, where she teaches operations, project management, and digital innovation. Her extensive industry experience includes consulting and leadership roles for companies such as Airbus, Michelin, Nissan, and Seat.

With professional certifications including PMP® (Project Management Professional), CSM® (Certified ScrumMaster), and expertise in generative AI and automation, Dr. Moreno combines academic excellence with real-world impact, preparing professionals to lead in an AI-powered marketing landscape.
