Take part in the questionnaire for the '2nd Managerial Digital Skills Level Report'

Digital competencies remain the big issue pending for Spanish executives. This was the main conclusion of the First Managerial Digital Skills Level Report that EADA published in 2015, a pioneering study based on more than 600 questionnaires answered by executives from different sectors, and which provided surprising data. Most of them were hesitant to incorporate digital into the the strategic orientation of their organizations' projects, teamwork or client relations. And those who did, found they had serious difficulties in leading the process of their company's transformation towards digital.

What is executives' digital-skills knowledge and how do they lead in the challenge of transforming their organizations towards digital? In order to answer these questions and draw up a rigorous diagnosis of the digitalization of managers and companies, we want to count on your participation for the 2nd Managerial Digital Skills Level Report that we will present in collaboration with Roca Salvatella, a consultancy specialized in business transformation towards digital. The questionnaire that will be analysed in the second edition of the study is available now. It will take no more than five minutes and will allow you to evaluate your digital skills and then to download the full report upon its publication.

"Our aim is to compare with 2015 and analyze how managerial digital skills have advanced, as they are fundamental to leading the challenge of transforming organizations towards digital", says Ramon Costa, professor of  EADA's  Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain Department, recalling that “40% of Forbes 500 companies will not exist in 10 years due to not having confronted the digital transformation demanded by consumers and the market".

The questionnaire will facilitate an exhaustive analysis of three areas of research: managers, digital competencies, and families of digital skills and the scope of these skills, individually but also within the team, and across the company as a whole.
