
Yan Bai
Researcher
Yan Bai holds a PhD in Management from IESE Business School. Prior to joining EADA, she was a Postdoctoral Research Scholar at Esade Business School and Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics. Prof. Yan’s research is positioned at the interface between business ethics, decision making, artificial intelligence and sustainability. Her work examines how people make good decisions to lead positive social change. She is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Strategy, Leadership and People at EADA Business School.
