Olga Milian is qualified in Tourist Companies and Activities from the Universitat de Girona, and has studied Humanities at the UOC and taken the General Management Programme at EADA. She has 25 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, in Spain and other countries, working in different areas including Operations, Marketing and HR. As Training Manager for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Co. she is qualified as a facilitator of different management programmes and has received the official certificate "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" from the Franklin Covey Institute. She has worked as Director of the EADA Alumni and Career Services departments. She currently lives in Mallorca where she participated as HR Manager at the opening of Jumeirah Port Soller Hotel & Spa, the first luxury resort Jumeirah Group in Europe. She works as a trainer specializing in the hospitality industry.
