Hugo Antonio Kruger
Hugo Kruger is a psychologist, facilitator, consultant and coach, an expert in Organizational Development. He holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Development from the UDP, a Master's Degree in Mental Health and Social Sciences from the Universidad de León, a Master's Degree in Mediation and Conflict Management from the Universidad de Barcelona and a Bachelor of Arts from the Universidad de Chile. Hugo has advised companies and executives in: Spain, Chile, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico and Argentina. He has been Corporate Manager of Latam Human Resources for Sixbell Nekotec Solutions and has been teaching in MBA UTFSM, Chile since 2010. He has published: "Enneagram in the Organization" (2005), "The Stone Tombs" (2012), "La Sombra del Padre" (2016) .
