The first graduates of the GEMBA EADA HHL

14 enjoyed students of the first class of the Global Executive MBA Program (GEMBA) of the German HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management and the Spanish Escuela de Alta Dirección y Administración (EADA): During the ceremony in the ”Club International“ in Leipzig, the students were graduated this past Friday night (28 March 2014). In his speech to the graduates from Brazil, Bulgaria, Germany, Iceland, Israel, Colombia, Russia and Spain, Josef Schelchshorn, the Chief Human Resources Officer of SEAT said: ”To counter the lack of skilled labor in Europe, we have to provide a high quality, practical and theory-based training. By diverse studies in Germany, Spain and Brazil, China and India, the participants acquire the necessary skills for their personal and professional development in the Global Executive MBA Program.“ 

Olga Pantchenko, GEMBA EADA HHLThe graduate Olga Pantchenko, entrepreneur from Moscow, particularly liked the internationality of the Global Executive MBA Program: "Due to the international composition and orientation of the Global Executive MBA Program, I was able to improve my intercultural skills.“ For personal development, according to Pantchenkos statement, the Leadership courses were particularly important, as you have to leave the well-trodden paths, to design new solutions. The graduates of the first year of the Global Executive MBA Program at HHL and EADA have more than ten years of professional experience in very different industries. Some of the students are already successful entrepreneurs or are planning to start a business. The part-time Global Executive MBA Program is offered completely in English. It focuses on the specifics of the business practices in Western European countries (especially Germany and Spain). In addition, participants will get an insight into the economy and culture of the Chinese, Brazilian and Indian markets.
