Do you want a video CV? We are looking for a candidate Share and win!

27 November 2012

Have you studied at EADA?

If so, we invite you to record your own video CV! A presentation where you give an account of your interests, accomplishments and ambitions, directly expressing your personality, talent and motivation. Something somewhat complex for a CV written on paper.

But it won’t be that easy. You will need to be active on our social networks and constantly in touch to win this contest. But first of all let us answer some of your queries.

What’s the use of having a video CV?

On the video CV you’re the protagonist. This resource promotes your job search/change process, giving you the chance to incorporate aspects that convey trust such as your presence, voice, your way of communicating …

And what advantages does it offer me?

  • You will demonstrate that you are an entrepreneuring, innovative person, able to invest in yourself in order to stand out from other candidates.
  • You will let others see your communicative capacity; your physical presence; and show whether you are really proficient at languages.
  • You can upload it on the Internet and in Linkedin, making it accessible to the google and linkedin search engines via your profile.
  • You can attach it to you paper CV with a QR code, which we will show you how to create.
  • The video CV will always be available for those interested in hiring you.

And how do they assess it in selection processes?

  • They will be more interested in seeing what is behind that     QR code on paper
  • It will enable them to get to know you better before getting in touch with you or they will skip the first interview.
  • They will get an idea of your skill in communicating and your knowledge of languages in just one minute.

Great! If you have got up to this point then you must be really interested.

Now it’s time to take part in the contest and win!
