2 June 2011

On May 10th, 2011 in Madrid, the jury of the Human Capital Prizes to Management in Human Resources awarded the “Research Projects in Human Recourses” prize to the project: Talent Management in Fundació Vella Terra.

Fundació Vella Terra is a non-profit making company in the social healthcare sector that runs residences for the elderly, a guardianship system and, more recently, has expanded its operation into care for people with mental illnesses.

The project was carried out by participants on the EADA Executive Master in Human Resources Management. The team members were: Sagrario Santaclara, Noelia Alonso, Gema Ciruelos, Martha Martín, Olga Redón and Áurea Villar.

The aim of the project is to address the demands of the company’s growth policy by developing a system for identifying and developing inhouse talent which will enable it on the one hand to fill newly created positions in the short term and, on the other hand, to promote and develop inhouse professionals to cover the company’s future needs.
