Aliança signs an agreement with EADA to train its workers

Aliança, the healthcare insurance provider, and EADA, the prestigious business school, have signed a collaboration agreement to train the insurance provider’s workforce.

This is clearly in line with Aliança’s policy of furthering in-house talent and promotion.

The agreement was signed by Joaquín Gómez, Aliança’s Sales and Marketing Manager, and Miquel Espinosa, the General Director of EADA, on the business school premises. Gómez highlighted Aliança’s close ties with EADA and praised the school’s decisive customer orientation, given that “it has shown its great ability to adapt its courses to Aliança"s needs".

On his part, Miquel Espinosa pointed out that EADA is a flagship business school in healthcare administration management, a sector in which it continues to be a leader. In this respect, both managers pointed out several similarities between the two organisations and how easy it was to align companies around healthcare.

The agreements involves a series of training programmes which includes biennial courses catering to branch managers, as well as  the Future Project which seeks to promote talent and train future managers among its current employees.
