Pere Vallès, new board member of Fundación EADA
Pere Vallès Fontanals, CEO of Scytl, has joined the board of trustees of Fundación EADA, the school's top governance body, constituted by representatives from the different groups that make up the institution.
Holding a graduate degree in Economics and Law from Universitat de Barcelona and an MBA from Indiana University, Pere Vallès joined Scytl as General Manager in 2004 after spending most of his professional career in the United States. Under Mr Vallès' management Scytl has become a flagship company worldwide in electoral innovation and in electronic voting markets.
Before working at Scytl, Pere Vallès was Vice-president and Financial Manager of GlobalNet, a Chicago based telecommunications company.
Prior to that Mr Vallès worked for the mergers and acquisitions group, KPMG, in Los Angeles and Miami, where he provided financial and strategic consultancy services to private capital groups and companies involved in acquisitions in the United States, Latin America and Europe.
