PDG Distance Learning, A new programme

22 December 2011

In 2012 we are inaugurating PDG Distance Learning. A programme with a new modular and flexible format that is targeted at General Managers and Executives.

A programme that is compatible with your work, with your life and with EADA’s methodology.

The programme’s fundamental objective is the personal and professional development of managers with broad corporate expertise who wish to further their professional activities and contribute to their company’s development.

The programme is structured around 3 five-day long residential modules, where you will work on a Diagnosis of your company’s current state of affairs, the Definition of the desired situation and the Implementation of the Strategy. The programme will finish off with a 3-day projects presentation module. The programme does not only focus on the company strategy but also takes an in-depth look into the technical expertise in the company’s different functional areas, i.e. finance, human resources, operations and marketing.

During the residential modules you will also be working on developing competencies such as leadership, negotiation and team work that will be accompanied by Coaching sessions. What’s more, you will be provided with customised counselling throughout the PDG Distance learning.
