Careers International - Business Excellence Career Fair
The Business Excellence Event, a career fair organised by Careers International was held in Berlin, Germany on May 10th and 11th. This event brings together leading global companies seeking graduates with talent in order to occupy posts for the next generation of managers in administration, finance, marketing, logistics, human resources...internationally.
The EADA Career Services made this “only through invitation" event available to EADA students, who in order to be eligible to attend had to be graduates with less than 5 years experience. The Business Excellence Event has gone European and all candidates undergo a thorough selection process by the companies and Careers International consultants.
This year, out of a total of 3000 candidates from all over Europe, only 250 were invited to attend the event, among whom 13 were EADA Students and Alumni. The students were from the International Master in Management, International Master in Marketing, International Master in Finance and International MBA programmes. During the event all the students had the opportunity to meet up face to face with the participant companies, take interviews with the companies that has shortlisted them and to do networking with other high-potential international candidates. They also took a workshop set up by the event organisers on international careers development.
Among the leading companies taking part in the event were Mars, Procter& Gamble, DSM, Vorweck, Redcats, Deutsche Telekom, Detecon Consulting, Bel and Eurojust.
