I European Social Enterprises Fair
Barcelona Social Label, February 28th, 2011
On February 24th, 2011 Carme Gil attended the I European Social Enterprises Fair in the Barcelona Social Label, as a guest professor on behalf of EADA and the People Management Department.
Her presentation focussed on the ongoing In company experience that Carme Gil herself has as a professor of these collectives in Management and Manager training of the Managers of Special Work Centres.
The key guidelines of her presentation were:
1- Professional profiles, identifying collaborators and their commitment to the Social and Human Mission they share.
2- The barriers and difficulties involved in taking on the role of Manager.
3- The challenges of Human Resources policies, which play a prominent role in the strategy concerning the people that make up their team.
