Strategic specialisations

With the EADA MBA, you get the best of both worlds: a general business overview followed by the opportunity to choose a strategic specialisation in the third trimester. Your specialisation allows you to focus on a particular area of interest and tailor the MBA to your specific background and future goals.

Each specialisation focuses on a core area of growth and includes 140 classroom hours, an international business trip and company visits.

 Global Innovation Management

Innovation is about creating products, processes, and organisational models that have a direct impact on the performance of the company, either in terms of increases in turnover (product or service innovations) or improvements in efficiency (process and organisational innovations). Innovation provides a strong competitive advantage and is one of the best ways to speed up the rate-of-change and adaptation in a global environment.
