We are ready for the future. Today.

Learning that is agile, flexible and personalised.

We were all thrown for a loop last year by the global pandemic, and the higher education sector is no exception. At EADA, we are proud to have welcomed students back on campus in June of 2020 - and we have never looked back, with uninterrupted classes since then. For students who are unable to make it to class, we have adapted our methodology to provide meaningful personal and professional development through a variety of formats. Because the last thing you should be worried about in these times of uncertainty is missing a day of learning.

In an effort to offer full support and flexibility to our incoming class, EADA has integrated the new digital reality into our learning experience, delivering our programmes successfully in three formats: face-to-face, online and hybrid. This allows us to adapt to any challenges that our participants may face before or during the programme.

Whether you choose to study online or on campus, you will find yourself in real-life situations like the ones faced by today‚Äôs leading companies. You will get to know your peers through synchronised classes as you participate in the same discussions and share the same experiences ‚Äď together.¬†

We are ready for the future

The EADA MBA content takes a deep dive into concepts like market disruption, accelerated design thinking, the lean start-up methodology and global trends in tech and digital transformation, preparing you to make your mark in the future of business across sectors. Plus plenty of chances to put your new knowledge into practice, with bootcamps, conferences and challenges.

Focus on Leadership:  inspire  your team

Rome wasn't built in a day, and it wasn't built by one person, either. At EADA, we are committed to building up your skills and knowledge to make you a well-rounded professional with both the hard skills and the soft skills to succeed. From a specially designed executive leadership programme to challenges devoted to key competencies, you learn about yourself to be able to lead others better.

In the EADA MBA, you become an expert in the development and implementation of strategies that sustain competitive advantage by building relationships and gaining buy-in from stakeholders. Your soft skills are key in this process, and you develop the confidence, flexibility and creative problem-solving skills to leverage strengths and work through areas of improvement.

MBA leadership 2

EADA is a pioneer in the field of leadership, with our own leadership development campus providing high impact, lasting learning by pushing you out of your comfort zone. You develop an action plan that is your guide for personal and professional development.

The Negotiation Week develops the attitudes, behaviours, and analytical and decision-making skills that you need to become a successful negotiator. Together with your classmates, you take part in a team-based negotiation competition incorporating a wide range of activities.

Through dynamic coaching sessions, you identify and define objectives, discover new resources and approaches, establish workplace action plans, generate bold insights and perspectives, and align your efforts.
