The unique MBA executive leadership development programme takes place over several modules in our Residential Training Centre. In the MBA, you will consistently be placed in real-life business situations, challenged to think like an executive and make strategic decisions through case studies, business simulations, analysis and group discussions. A one-week trip abroad with classes in a top-ranked partner school and company visits to inspire innovative thinking.
Paths of Development (May - Jul.)
With the EADA MBA, you get the best of both worlds: a general business overview followed by the opportunity to choose a strategic specialisation of 140 hours in the third trimester. Your specialisation allows you to focus on a particular area of interest and tailor the MBA to your specific background and future goals.
Sustainability & Business Impact
Find out what makes a business socially, environmentally and economically sustainable to become a proponent for positive change. You will learn different approaches including stakeholder analysis and systems thinking to leverage innovation in responsible management and integrate best business practices. This POD prepares you to be a successful, responsible leader ready to face the uncertainty of today's business environment. You analyse challenges using the triple bottom line - people, planet and profit.
Structured Finance & Private Equity
Increase your understanding of the finance and private equity industry on a global scale. This is arguably one of the most exciting industry sectors globally, with South American and European private equity financiers experiencing significant growth.
Final Business Project (Jul.)
Apply what you have learned to the business challenges faced by some of today’s leading companies or create a business plan to become an entrepreneur.

Exchange module (optional)
One term abroad in one of more than 30 partner schools in Africa, the Americas, Asia and Europe Participants applying to take part in the exchange programme must complete the admission process (in some cases including GMAT, TOEFL, etc.) with the participating school.
International MBA alumni Clinton Walker shares his experience in EADA. Since graduating from EADA Business School, Clinton has been working as a financial analyst at Africa Merchant Capital Ltd. He did the MBA with the aim of boosting his career in engineering. During the programme, Clinton discovered a passion for finance that led to an unexpected career change. At EADA, he was able to participate in the international competition The Negotiation Challenge in Colombia.
