We are ready for the future. Today.

Learning that is agile, flexible and personalised.

We were all thrown for a loop last year by the global pandemic, and the higher education sector is no exception. At EADA, we are proud to have welcomed students back on campus in June of 2020 - and we have never looked back, with uninterrupted classes since then. For students who are unable to make it to class, we have adapted our methodology to provide meaningful personal and professional development through a variety of formats. Because the last thing you should be worried about in these times of uncertainty is missing a day of learning.

In an effort to offer full support and flexibility to our incoming class, EADA has integrated the new digital reality into our learning experience, delivering our programmes successfully in three formats: face-to-face, online and hybrid. This allows us to adapt to any challenges that our participants may face before or during the programme.

Whether you choose to study online or on campus, you will find yourself in real-life situations like the ones faced by today’s leading companies. You will get to know your peers through synchronised classes as you participate in the same discussions and share the same experiences – together.

Anouk Hut, Netherlands

"One of the key values of EADA is a commitment to personal development. I was challenged to find out what drives you and who you want to be. EADA's methodology challenges you to speak up and share your opinion in class discussions. The faculty and students from all over the world meant that I was constantly exposed to new perspectives. This translated into great opportunities for networking, both inside and outside of EADA."

Your Innovation Challenge

Analyse, develop and pitch.

Collaborate with classmates in a 3-day competition to develop the mindset of leading innovators through the Disruptive Innovation methodology.

Students take on the role of change makers as they work in teams to develop sustainable, innovative solutions to a persistent systemic issue using disruptive innovation. In the final stage of the Challenge, teams pitch their ideas to a panel of experts and “investors”, who select the winners.

Your Sustainability Week

Focus on sustainability and responsible management.

This week gives you a broader vision of the field with visiting experts and professionals from all over the world. Electives, workshops, round tables and challenges provide the opportunity to engage with leaders in sustainability.

  • Digital transformation

In a typical year, EADA offers the Company Connection Week to all International Masters participants in a variety of cities, including international destinations. Cities are selected in each case for their special mix of innovative business sectors, diversity and cultural significance. The itinerary is organised around a series of company visits, workshops, cultural events and connections to EADA alumni. Last year's participants chose from Barcelona, Berlin and Milan.
