Our one-year official Master in Finance degree is specially designed to prepare graduates from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds to pursue an international career in finance. EADA is the only top-ranked business school in the city centre of Barcelona and offers a unique methodology based on small, multicultural classes.

Master in Finance participants learn how to assess investment opportunities and undertake financial analysis before developing the tools to perform complex valuations, understand the process of M&A, manage the risks associated with financial instruments and manage portfolios of investments. In the third trimester, students have the opportunity to specialise in a strategic tracks: corporate finance or investment banking.

All of this combined with our executive professional development programme at the Residential Training Campus provides Master in Finance participants with the critical thinking skills and leadership abilities necessary to succeed in today’s global business world.

Programme structure

In the Master in Finance (60 ECTS), you will learn how to assess investment opportunities and undertake financial analysis before tailoring the programme to your specific interests with electives specialising in corporate finance or investment banking.

Exchange programme (optional)

One-term exchange with + 30 partner schools around the world. Double degree option from: Aston Business School (U.K.), EDHEC (France), EBS (Germany) and HHL (Germany).


Students applying to take part in the exchange programme must complete the admission process (in some cases including GMAT, TOEFL, etc.) with the participating school.

CFA exam preparation

As a full partner of the CFA Institute, EADA not only prepares you for the exam, but also offers access to exam scholarships and exclusive career resources, as well as the opportunity to be selected to participate in the annual CFA Institute Research Challenge.

International Business Trip

For real exposure to the latest professional practice, there’s nothing like seeing first-hand the challenges that professionals in the field are grappling with every day. In the Master in Finance, you will travel to a financial hub in Europe for an intense and exciting immersion into the key global financial issues.

The Certification Course ensures that you have the know-how and expertise to access the most critical financial news and analytics as a member of the global financial community.

International Week & Negotiation Week

During the International Week, you choose from a menu of electives focusing on sustainability and Socially Responsible Management (CSM). All electives are taught by visiting professors and senior managers with outstanding experience. In the same trimester, you hone your negotiation skills in the 1-week negotiation skills module. During both activities, you have the opportunity to work together with participants from all of EADA's master's programmes.


Final project

The final project allows participants to apply the knowledge gained during the programme to real-life management problems and solutions. Tutors meet regularly with project groups to provide advice and guidance. The project is carried out in groups and is presented to a panel of financial experts at the end of the programme in June.
