Executive DBA Structure
The Structure of the EADA Executive Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) in partnership with LeCNAM is composed of 8 modules.
LeCNAM will provide certificates for Modules 2, 3 and 4 from the first year, Module 7 from the second year and Module 8 from the third year enacting the EADA Executive DBA in partnership with this prestigious institution. The 5 specific LeCNAM certificates will formalise the Executive DBA through a specific convention.
Academic Year 1
Devoted to the formulation of the research problem and the theoretical framework. Through fundamental modules, participants acquire methods and methodologies for conducting research and achieve the development of a scientifically valid research project.

Academic Year 3
Finalisation of the empirical work and the writing of the Executive DBA thesis under the supervision of a tutor, who is a professor from the Scientific Council of the Executive DBA EADA in partnership with LeCNAM.

In addition to the above curriculum, doctoral participants will receive 14h per year of individual Executive DBA thesis supervision with a Research Director (42h in total after the 3 years) + 14h of Executive DBA defence in year 3 (each participant makes an individual defence of his/her thesis in a 2 hours slot that is opened to other participants).

Ph.D. Bruno Cohanier
EADA Business School
Bruno Cohanier holds a PhD in Accounting from Aston Business School, Aston University (UK), a PostGraduate Research Degree from Paris IX-Dauphine University (D.E.A. 124, Comptabilité, Décision, Contrôle) and a Master’s Degree in Accounting, Administration and Finance, C.P.A. specialisation, from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce et d’Administration des Entreprises (E.S.C.A.E. Amiens).
He was Professor of Accounting and Programme Director at NEOMA Business School. He is currently Professor in the Finance and Management Control Department at EADA.
Ph.D. Laurent Cappelletti
LeCNAM
Laurent Cappelletti is a master graduate in finance from EDHEC Business School, holds a Ph.D. in management sciences and an abilitation to supervise research (French HDR) both from the University of Lyon (France).
He began his career as a financial auditor for KPMG and then he was assistant professor at the university of Lyon. Since 2011, he is chair professor in accounting and management control at the French Conservatory of Arts and Crafts (Le Cnam University of Paris). He is also researcher at the LIRSA laboratory of research, director of intervention-research programs at the Institut ISEOR and coordinator of the Tetranormalization international research network. He has made more than 200 publications in his fields and was awarded four times best paper by the Academy of Management - Management Consulting Division (USA).
