EADA Podcast: STUDIO 22 - Reskill to Regenerate: business as a motor for positive change
We invite you to EADA Podcast: STUDIO 22 - Reskill to Regenerate: business as a motor for positive change
Business can be a motor for positive change in society. Companies must not only avoid their negative impact on society and the environment but also take action and regenerate ecosystems. Worldwide institutions such as the World Economic Forum insist on the power of businesses to revitalize, restore, and revive ecological, social and economic systems. In this new paradigm, reskilling is the key to guaranteeing this regeneration. Leaders and professionals need to acquire new skills and competencies to deal with the global challenges of today and the future. Everyone in a company has a great responsibility to contribute to a better world.
In this podcast, we will reflect on this topic from two different points of view. On the one hand, business schools and their responsibility to prepare leaders for good and to make them a motor for positive change in society. To debate about this, we will have on campus two experts in the matter:
- Mr. Yan Grasseli, SKEMA BBA Director at SKEMA Business School
- Dr. Bruno Cohanier, Director of the EADA-SKEMA Global BBA.
In the second part of the podcast, we will have the opinion of two students from the second year of this undergraduate programme:
- Maria Luiza Soares Fernandes, from Brazil
- Alberto Caramelli, from Italy.
