Speakers

Stéphane Morel

Stéphane Morel has a specialised Master in purchasing from the MAI in Bordeaux and holds a diploma from the Lille Business School (France). She has almost 20 years of experience in purchasing, having started her career in the large-scale consumer sector (KIABI, IKEA). She then held different positions in Purchasing Management in automotive sector multinationals (Valeo and Faurecia). She has since been Purchasing Director at Novartis Farmacéutica in Spain, then became leader of a function transformation project in Europe. She is currently Competences Development Manager for approximately 1,000 purchasers working in Novartis at global level.

Joan Anton Ros

Joan Anton Ros Guasch has a PhD in Psychology from the UAB, and graduated in Psychology with studies in Economics and Business from the University of Barcelona. He has a diploma in Auditing from the Escuela Superior de Cajas de Ahorros, and a diploma in Finance Management from EADA. A Real Estate Agent for the Ministry of Development and associate professor at the Department of Finance and Management Control, EADA.

Juan Carlos es Ingeniero de Caminos, Canales y Puertos, Asesor de Inversiones y Financiación, Master of Business Administration y Master of Business Informatics por Rotterdam School of Management. También posee un Certificado en Supply Chain Leadership por la Madison‐Wisconsin University, Certified Supply Chain Professional por APICS, y Supply Chain Analytics por MIT. Juan Carlos ha dirigido, planificado e implementado numerosos proyectos de análisis y mejora de las cadenas de suministro, su integración y colaboración, la optimización de inventarios y servicio y el aumento del rendimiento financiero. En la actualidad lidera la Práctica Europea de Supply Chain en TBM Consulting Group - The Operational Excellence Company.

Esther Somoza

Esther Somoza es licenciada en Psicología Industrial por la UB, Master en Dirección de Recursos Humanos en la Escuela de Estudios Financieros, Formación en Active Coaching en Augere Foundation y Master ejecutivo en Coaching Organizacional por EADA. Cuenta con la acreditación LIFO y Practicioner en PNL. Desde 1993 mantiene una relación directa con empresas en el diseño de planes de formación a medida, para el desarrollo de las competencias personales y profesionales, como Banesto, Winterthur, Honda, Grup Acieroid,TV3, Catalana Occidente, Abertis Telecom, Kellog’s, entre otras. Es profesora asociada en EADA desde 2007 en sus programas del área de Estrategia, Liderazgo y Personas, donde imparte dirección de equipos de trabajo, liderazgo y negociación. Ha colaborado en el libro “Manual del Directivo eficaz”.
