Why EADA
EADA Business School has been a pioneer in the training of interpersonal skills, and has always counted on ongoing training for all profiles. To lead other people effectively, we must first develop the ability to influence and manage ourselves effectively, therefore we must pass on this training to young university students so that the shift towards a sustainable and innovative society and business culture is consolidated with younger participants.
EADA's teaching model called “learning by doing”, which is based on active learning, helps participants to acquire knowledge through business practice with real cases and visits to companies.

For example, I did not know companies that were really dedicated to this notion like World Centric. On the other hand, I also learnt a lot about big companies such as Apple or Zara and what made them successful.
An idea that really stood out was that, as a future manager or entrepreneur, I could and even should think about innovating and being sustainable.
