Your learning

A strategic mix of hard skills and soft skills.

Our unique methodology ensures that participants develop the critical thinking skills to analyse and perform well even in today’s toughest business situations. But we go a step further. While hard skills may be enough to get your foot in the door at top companies, your soft skills in communication, negotiation, teamwork and leadership are what keep you there and secure your future in the company.

IMMERSIVE LEARNING on the Virtual Campus

Immersive uses the latest technology to maintain intense, live interaction based on EADA’s “learning by doing” methodology. This type of learning requires attention and an open mind as participants listen to and filter information embedded in a real context. Through immersive learning, students can achieve mastery of a behaviour, technique, or methodology.

“I think my time at EADA was essential for my personal development. Not only for what I was taught at an instructive level, but especially for all of the soft skills that I developed during the year. Soft skills are indispensable in the world of work: being able to understand other people's point of view, work in a team made up of colleagues with different backgrounds and reach the same conclusion with excellent results is crucial to success.”
