STATEMENT FROM EADA BUSINESS SCHOOL FOR THE EADA COMMUNITY CONCERNING THE TERRORIST ATTACK IN BARCELONA
EADA Business School expresses its sincere condolences and solidarity with the victims of the events that took place yesterday in Barcelona, and reiterates its condemnation of violence in any form.
The values of the EADA foundation –representing more than 120,000 alumni from 87 nationalities– demonstrate the power of respect for cultural, religious and ideological diversity. Today it was Barcelona that was under attack, but terrorism will not challenge the peaceful coexistence and thriving daily life of the city. With this in mind, EADA continues to work towards it mission.
There are no classes at EADA in August and, as far as we are aware, there have not been any personal misfortunes among participants, alumni or staff at our Barcelona campus. Even so, we remain fully available to collaborators and other members of the EADA community to respond to any concerns via email (email@example.com) or telephone (+34) 93 452 08 44 (from 9.00 to 20.00h).
We would like to take this opportunity to personally thank the support received from the national and international community and express our appreciation of the contributions of local citizens and professionals (healthcare personnel, translators, public and private transport workers, security forces and institutions).
We have chosen a society based on democracy, liberty and peaceful coexistence, and we will always continue defending this society.
