GEMBA 2016-17

The Global Executive MBA is the result of the joint venture between HHL and EADA. The main objective of the programme is to promote leadership skills through the development of competences and knowledge. In this sense, the programme prepares participants to work in today’s highly competitive and globalised business environment. More specifically, the GEMBA guides them to a level of self-knowledge that is indispensable to the management development process. Participants work in small groups with EADA’s unique “learning by doing” methodology.

A new business perspective

Global EMBA Alumni Boriana Koleva, who is currently the General Manager at Nelbo Ltd. Bulgaria, considers the ranking to be a source of pride. “The EADA-HHL Global Executive MBA is a combination of high-level studies, self-development, self-recognition and networking”, she says. “The methodology helped me integrate what we learned into my personal and professional life”.
