Maria Rosa Serra Regol

Maria Rosa Serra holds a degree in Translation and Interpreting and a Master in Human Resources Management. She began her professional career in First National Bank of Boston as a Management Assistant and after studying in the Unites States she worked for Marine Midland Bank as an Office Manager. In 1989 she began working for Hotel Barcelona Hilton where she worked for ten years, taking part in the opening of the hotel and holding the post of HR Manager. In addition to this she was a member of the evaluation and international selection committee. Between 1998 and 2001 she was in charge of opening and managing various business centres (Regus, Lexington, Euro Business Centre) as well as a restaurant (Harmony World) and in 2001 she was placed in charge of opening and managing the Catenon personnel selection consultancy. In 2004 she took part in the opening of the Gran Hotel Balneario Blancafort in La Garriga, where she held the positions of HR Manager, Deputy-Manager and General Manager. In 2007 she set up aHbrentus, a consultancy specialised in HR which brings together professionals with broad expertise in different sectors. She was certified as a coach in 2008, studied Kitchen and Nutrition in Mathew Kenney Academy in Santa Monica - California in 2014 and obtained the title of professional cook at the Hofmann school in Barcelona.
