Víctor Manuel Rodríguez Ardura
Víctor M. Rodríguez has a degree in Business and Economic Sciences (UB) and an International MBA from IE. He is an ICF certified Coach and has taken a Master Crash Course on Creativity at Stanford University. In addition to being an executive coach, Víctor is a certified consultant and trainer in the use of CTT (Cultural Transformation Tools) by the Barrett Values Centre and holds accreditation in Walking the Talk methodology for cultural change. He is an expert in strategy, balanced scorecard, culture, values, leadership, innovation and managerial skills, and has extensive expertise on an international level in strategic and cultural change projects for improving results. He is an EADA associate professor in the Finance and Management Control and Strategy, Leadership and People departments and the manager partner of Spirit Consulting Group.
