Upper Management constitutes an internal system inside organisations that coordinates policies, processes and people with the aim of obtaining the best results for the company's shareholders and other stakeholders by managing and exercising control over the activities of executive managers as well as contributing sound knowledge regarding the business and its environment with impartiality and integrity.
