- Upper Management constitutes an internal system inside organisations that coordinates policies, processes and people with the aim of obtaining the best results for the company's shareholders and other stakeholders by managing and exercising control over the activities of executive managers as well as contributing sound knowledge regarding the business and its environment with impartiality and integrity. Upper Management upholds the company's commitment with the market, current legislation and society at large, and at the same time safeguards its strategic targets and the values on which the company is based.
- In addition to the leaders of opinion and high standing entrepreneurs who collaborate on each edition of the UMP with conferences, debates and roundtable discussions, the programme will be imparted by a select team of EADA professors.
