Alta Dirección - PAD is a program designed for presidents, directors and senior managers with more than fifteen years of business experience. It provides the necessary foundation to lead the future of their businesses in a changing and highly competitive environment, updating concepts of corporate policy and strategic development in a global world.

How to apply for the programme

Take the following steps:

Candidates with suitable profiles will be contacted by phone to arrange a personal interview with the Programme Director.

The admission committee will globally assess candidateships and determine whether the programme is suited to your needs. It will then proceed to inform you whether you have been admitted within 10 days.
Admission criteria: The participant's alignment with the Programme profile.

• The position the participant holds.
• Years of business experience.
• The Programme Director may sometimes request other additional documents to support your candidateship.

You will receive an enrolment form which you must fill in and send back to us specifying the form of payment and other administrative details.
