A plural and active methodology with a focus on practice EADA has developed its own pedagogical method which is based on active learning on the part of participants, on "learning by doing" as opposed to "learning by listening". Our programmes employ a combination of methodologies with a 100% practical and active orientation. The combination is based on the presentation and discussion of real case studies, on teamwork, on problem solving and the presentation of specific proposals and action plans.
A methodology that will help you to: - Stimulate participation, action and pragmatism.
- Promote the exchange of ideas, boost self confidence, stimulate the desire to discover new things and promote self evaluation.
- It will develop your aptitudes in managing company resources, for leadering work teams and effectively analysing and solving problems.
- It will stimulate essential business capacities and especially the capacity for learning and taking decisions that will promote leadership, change and innovation.
The learning process Individual work | | Team work | | Analysis and discussion in class | | Individually, participants will analyse and reflect upon the different topics that are presented throughout the programme. In order to do this they prepare practical case studies, readings, technical notes and reports. | | Small work teams are formed in order to discuss and take decisions around experiences, case studies, simulations and business games. The work team is also an ideal context for developing management skills.
| | Analysis, discussion and defending points of view carried out as a group facilitates positive attitudes and self confidence, the recognition of differences, in depth reflection and promotes a diagnosis of management and communication.
