EADA's Philosophy

Those of us who form part of EADA share an institutional philosophy which can be summarized as follows:

ImageOur Mission

  • To contribute to society through the provision of continuous training programmes to the business community.
  • To serve the business community by delivering our programmes according to the highest levels of excellence.
  • To maintain excellence thereby satisfying our client base and contributing to EADA's future successful development as an independently financed company.

Our objectives

  • To train people so that they can contribute to making organizations more effective and efficient.
  • To design training programmes aimed at the development of the knowledge, skills and attitudes of individuals. Among the latter, "learning how to learn" takes on special relevance.
  • To advance in our training provision in accordance with the needs of our client base.

Our practise

  • We design programmes where the amalgamation of knowledge, skills and attitudes in the learning process conforms to the increasingly demanding work environment.
  • The teaching methodologies we use are based on learning objectives and dependent upon the combination of knowledge, skills and attitudes within a programme.
  • Our exemplary learning resources, including the teaching staff, complement and support each programme.
  • We collaborate with others, sharing our knowledge, information and work methods.
  • We are dedicated to providing quality and depth throughout our training programmes.
  • And this requires presence and dedication.
