Structure


 Orientation:
570 class hours
60 credits
ECTS (European Credit Transfer System)
From Monday to Friday 9,30h to 13,30h.

The Masters programme requires full time dedication as attendance and active participation are essential. There is also an important additional workload, both individual and in groups to be completed outside the class hours.

 During the first weeks of the programme you will be informed about the various services that EADA offers participants on International Masters Programmes.
The first professional development residential module will also take place around this time, during which participants will be assigned to their different work teams.

Pre-Course:

During the week prior to the official commencement of the Specialised Masters Programmes, EADA will be offering precourse training sessions in the mornings for participants who need to brush up on basic concepts of economics.

Management Foundations:

During the first term of the programme subjects that are crucial to gaining a comprehensive understanding of the company environment as well as the strategic function of organisations are combined with other more specialised subjects.

Specialization:

Once these general management foundations have been acquired, participants are then asked to focus on the techniques and activities which are involved in the "day to day" running of their functional area. During the Master, participants will be asked to prepare a business project in their team in order to consolidate the knowledge they have acquired and put it into practice in a real business context.

Final Project

Qualification

At the end of the programme those participants who have completed the whole programme according to the established academic requirements will receive a Máster Especializado en Recursos Humanos Diploma from EADA.
