Loan

The borrowing service is open to all faculty, participants or EADAClub Member, who are required to present their EADA identity card.

Users can borrow up to two documents (books, videos) and can keep them for a week. At the end of this period they can ask for an extension for another week.

The books are checked out electronically at the front desk of the Library and returned in person at the same desk.

DSS. Document Supply Service

EADA Documentation Centre can obtain a photocopy of a document from other libraries, at the request of any user who will be charged for expenses incurred by the collaborating library.

Reprography

There is a photocopier located on the same floor as the Documentation Centre which is for self service photocopying.

Briefing sessions

At the start of the courses briefing sessions are organised to familiarise users with the functioning of the Documentation Centre and how to use both its electronic and traditional resources which are available in the Documentation Centre.

These sessions last approximately 30 minutes and they are held a number of times throughout the year.

Electronic bulletin of summaries

All EADA faculty and service staff may request the summaries which interest them via internal e-mail and in this way keep up with the latest information in current business publications.

Current Awareness bulletin

Every month a bulletin is published with the new additions to the general library catalogue.
