Programme InformationParticipant Profile- The programme is designed for professionals in the sales area with a minimum of 3 years experience, who currently hold one of the following positions, head of sales, marketing and products managers in contact with sales networks, managers of SMB's, heads of sales branches, senior sales reps and, in general, people who will be called upon to take on responsibilities in this area in the future.
- It is also directed at ex-participants of other EADA Marketing programmes who are interested in acquiring specialised training in sales team management.
What will I get out of this programme?- You will acquire a comprehensive perspective of the sales department within a business organisation, from the point of view of management and optimisation of available resources.
- You will acquire essential knowledge and management tools required for managing sales teams.
- You will develop key management skills that will enable you to create and manage sales teams which will bring added value to your organisation.
Methodology- Active participation is the basic approach in this programme.
- Problem analysis, discussions of case studies and group work are all included in its pedagogical design. Right from the start, stress is laid on living out the role of the sales manager.
- During the programme participants will carry out a sales plan Project on a real product or service that exists on the market. This fulfils a double objective: to specialise participants in the economic sectors of personal interest to them, and to allow them to put into practice the knowledge and skills transmitted throughout the programme.
