Programme InformationParticipant ProfileThe programme has been designed for professionals with management experience who are in charge of other people and who wish to take advantage of and develop their Leadership for Management capabilities. What will I get out of this programme?- To improve participants' understanding of their own potential and opportunities and enable them to take full advantage of them.

- To enhance their personal leadership capacities in situations of constant change, enabling them to take more effective decisions and set down key priorities.
- To develop action plans for their companies, other people and for participants themselves.
Methodology- The programme is structured around personal and group interaction. The methodology makes use of the latest developments in management and is customised to suit the needs of each participant by means of an individual coaching process. A series of 360 degree feedback questionnaires designed by EADA are used in order to facilitate self-reflection.
- These enable us to diagnose the professional environments of participants from different angles. At the end of the programme each participant will receive a confidential personal report.
