Methodology

The programme is structured around personal and group interaction. The methodology makes use of the latest developments in management and is customised to suit the needs of each participant by means of an individual coaching process. A series of 360 degree feedback questionnaires designed by EADA are used in order to facilitate self-reflection.
These enable us to diagnose the professional environments of participants from different angles. At the end of the programme each participant will receive a confidential personal report.
