EADA has developed its own practical, active and participatory approach with emphasis on "learning by doing". This methodology reflects companies' demand for professionals with skills such as: the capacity to reflect, ability to act in the face of change, versatility to work in multifunctional teams and adaptability to the challenges of a global environment.
EADA's methodology is dedicated to developing both hard skills and soft skills in our two campuses.
EADA-Barcelona city centre
> Real-life case studies
> Business simulations
> Analysis & group discussions
> Executive coaching
Participants are consistently placed in real-life business situations, challenged to think like executives and make strategic decisions.
EADA’s methodology at the Barcelona city centre campus is based on case studies that familiarise participants with the real-life issues that affect companies today. Small class sizes increase the active participation of students and encourage feedback and personal follow-up. The extensive business experience of EADA’s faculty combined with our participatory methodology make classes practical and engaging. In EADA’s classrooms, participants from all over the world share different experiences, backgrounds and interests, preparing them to succeed in a globalised world.
This practical methodology is complemented by personalised executive coaching sessions. Through dynamic face-to-face interviews, participants work with the coach to identify and define objectives, discover new resources and approaches, establish workplace action plans, generate new insights and perspectives and align their efforts.

> Role plays
> Team-building activities
Participants will develop the emotional intelligence, problem-solving skills and leadership capabilities it takes to be a good manager.
International MBA participants complete 5 Management Skills modules at EADA’s Residential Training Centre:
These modules are based on the development of the key competencies needed to succeed in the business world: working in diverse teams and adapting to multicultural environments, communicating effectively in the business world and making powerful presentations, and using negotiation techniques and leadership skills effectively. The competencies go hand-in-hand with the Profile of Professional Competencies (PPC), in which participants complete self-evaluation exercises, establish action plans and receive feedback from classmates. The PPC is designed to improve employability and prepare participants for reincorporation into the business world.
