Product Manager Programme is designed for people with basic experience in and knowledge of marketing who wish to gain further expertise in effective management of different marketing techniques. It is also directed at Product Managers and professionals who will be required to take on responsibilities in this area in the near future.


Product Manager - Programme Information

What will I get out of the Product Manager programme?

You will acquire a comprehensive understanding of the functioning of the sales department within a business organisation.

You will be familiarised with state of the art management tools that are being implemented by marketing departments.

You will acquire a thorough working knowledge of marketing techniques which will require you to design and implement a totally operational marketing plan with counselling and tutoring provided by well known professionals.

Product Manager - Methodology

Throughout the programme we will combine theoretical knowledge with the development of a marketing plan for a real product or service that exists on the market.

In this way you will be able to practice and assimilate the concepts you have learnt. This will also allow you to specialise in the economic sector that is of most interest to you personally or professionally and to put acquired knowledge into immediate practice. Two residential modules are scheduled during the programme at the beginning and at the end of the course at our Collbató centre.

You will be living with the other participants far away from your daily responsibilities in order to learn team work skills. At the end of the programme you will be asked to present a final marketing plan before a panel of judges where you will have an opportunity to demonstrate all the techniques and skills you have acquired.
