The programme is designed for professionals who are in charge of personnel management and administration, heads of labour relations, experts in human resources, labour consultants and in general for people who occupy professional positions close to these areas.

It is also targeted at people with secondary and higher education qualifications who are seeking to advance their own professional development in this functional area and whose training programmes and professional careers demand specific expertise required in order to take up positions of responsibility related to personnel management in the immediate future.

Personnel Management Programme - Methodology

The active methodology stimulates participation in the programme and promotes the exchange of impression, their further analysis, under the tutoring of experienced professionals in this field. We also examine real case studies and carry out simulations where participants are placed in charge of the personnel department.

In order to reinforce the knowledge acquired during the programme each participant must choose a final project to which they must prepare and then defend.

The programme is in the form of residential modules designed by EADA. Participants will reside together at EADA-Collbató. Which will promote professional interrelationships within a context conducive to team work.
