This course is designed for people who wish to familiarise themselves with key company personnel administration tasks, i.e. drawing up payrolls and social security contributions, drafting work contracts as well as dealing with basic labour relations issues.

Is also aimed at professionals interested in broadening their expertise or who want to keep up to date with the latest developments in labour and tax legislation and social security guidelines in the field of labour relations.

What will I get out of the Personnel Administration programme?

  • You will learn the essential procedures for drawing up payrolls and calculating social security contributions.
  • You will study how the Social Security System works, what it covers and what benefits it provides.
  • You will acquire a clear understanding of the current guidelines on individual and collective labour relations issues.

Personnel Administration - Methodology

In order to be effective, the methodology has been designed with an emphasis on the following factors:

  • By consulting currently enforced legal texts we go on to develop a great number of exercises.
